  • Custom-made wigs and special orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified if there are any delays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery:

  • Major Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Regional Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Important Receiver Contact Details

To ensure a successful delivery, every customer must provide a valid mobile number for the person receiving the parcel.

The courier will use this number to:

  • Contact the receiver before delivery if necessary.

  • Provide delivery updates.

  • Arrange delivery should the receiver not be available.

Orders may be delayed if an incorrect or unreachable phone number is provided. Hair Royal HighnessZA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect recipient information.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your parcel's progress.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver because:

  • The receiver is unavailable,

  • The address provided is incorrect, or

  • The contact number is invalid,

additional delivery or return fees may apply. These costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the packaging and contents so we can assist you promptly.
